Nikki Morrison was absolutely amazing! Buying a home from out of state can be challenging, but she made the entire process smooth and seamless. As this is our only experience buying a home using the seller's agent firm we didn't really know what to expect and with little experience home buying in general was also cause for concern. However, having had contact and meeting Nikki Barrett on several occasions in the past, while we were shown a few properties, it beame clear that we were dealing with someone who was honest and caring. As it turns out our initial feelings about Nikki's integrity held true. She was honest and open about what she could and could not do or say and seemed to go out of her way on our behalf as she was our main contact at the firm. All questions were answered quickly and communication of next steps was clear and timely. We would be very comfortable recommending Peabody & Smith Realty and specifically Nikki Barrett to whoever asks.
